I am not a life coach. Not a pastor. Not a Christian influencer.

I occupy the space where theology and neurobiology collide... showing women that what God commanded about the mind, science is only now catching up to explain. My message is simple: the exhaustion you feel is not a faith failure. It's what happens when the enemy gets long-term access to the architecture God designed for overflow.

I spent over a decade in Fortune 500 leadership — building teams, driving strategy, performing at the highest level. And doing all of it while spiritually starving. The journey out of that is what built The A.B.U.N.D.A.N.C.E. Method™. Every pillar is lived, not theorized.

My audience is the woman who loves Jesus, journals her prayers, leads her family, shows up for her community — and still can't shake the feeling that something is fundamentally off. I name what's off. Then I show the way back.

MY ASSIGNMENT

My mission is to guide women into wholeness in Christ — spirit, mind, body, and kingdom assignment.

Not the performance of wholeness. Not the aesthetic of peace. The real thing — where the nervous system settles, the mind renews, the body heals, and the calling becomes clear.
